As Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, Chef Salomon manages
a team of 55 cooks and Sous Chefs, and is responsible for overseeing the Resort’s entire culinary operation.

Daniel Mangione joined The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay in August 2007 as Assistant Pastry Chef.
Mangione has been featured on the Food Network’s Ultimate Wedding Cake Competition,
where his team won first place in 2006 for their all-chocolate, seven-tier cake on
top of a bed of truffles. His career travels have taken him as far
as Seoul, South Korea to recruit new chefs for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
